1) AI Smart Pause For Out-Of-Office

You can now automatically pause any out-of-office lead until they are back in office using AI.

To ensure this feature works, check that you have “Automatically tag interest status in replies” enabled in your account Settings → Preferences.

2) AI Custom Reply Labels

You can now use AI to automatically apply your custom lead labels.

Just head to your Account Settings → Preferences and select which labels you want the AI to consider by clicking the “Select labels” button.
