We just shipped two updates to give you more control across Instantly.
First, workflows are now more flexible.
The IF condition node now supports multiple conditions in one step, with AND / OR logic. That means you can check several rules at once without stacking multiple IF nodes.
We've also added a new Delay node, so you can pause a workflow before the next action runs. Set delays in minutes, hours, or days to create more precise automation sequences.
Second, we added new security controls.
You can now set up app-based 2FA with an authenticator app under Account Settings.
Workspace owners can also require 2FA for team members and set session timeouts under Team member security settings.
Together, these updates help you build cleaner workflows while giving your team stronger security controls.

The Automations canvas now supports zoom, along with drag-to-rearrange.
You can move through larger workflows more easily, adjust the layout as you go, and keep everything organized without rebuilding the flow.

Status triggers now support both the numeric value and the label inside your actions.
That means you can build workflows using the raw status value or the actual label, like "Interested" or "Not Interested", depending on what works better for your setup.
This gives you more flexibility when building logic and setting up actions across your workflow.

You can now execute a workflow whenever you want.
