Email providers monitor sending patterns to each company domain.
If you send too many emails to the same domain, your sender reputation can suffer, or worse, ESPs like Google and Outlook can block your entire domain if multiple users report spam.
For example, if three sending accounts each email five people at acme.com in one day, thatโs fifteen cold emails hitting the same company, a pattern ESPs flag as risky.

Limits how many people at the same company you can email per day (for example, 2 per domain per day)
Automatically pauses new sends once that limit is reached
Works across all campaigns or the entire workspace, depending on your settings
Gives power users control to adjust or turn it off if needed
Reduces the risk of domain-wide blocks and helps maintain healthy deliverability
Keeps your email copy safe by avoiding spam flags when multiple senders reach the same company with similar content
