Our sales process involves offering to recipients, as a CTA, a PDF or video they can access at out website, so we will include a plain text url in our plain text mail notes. So, including a url in our warm up emails is very important, especially if we have some control over those warmup emails and can include a url that takes the recipient to our website. As opposed to a generic url that Instantly includes in the warmup emails.
