Account emails management with no other access

Hi team! We are planning to have a person that will be in charge of creating new inboxes, connect them in instantly and warm them up (only that). For security reasons, we don't want to give this person more access than this so we'd need a seat only focused on accounts connection and warm-up. Could you help with this? thanks
