Add an "And" search option in Lead Finder

For example, search for a lead with ALL of the criteria below.

Location: United States AND Company: Workit Health AND Job Title: Recruiter

Right now, it's an "OR" function which is very time consuming and limiting. As soon as I add a second and third filter option, it erases the first filter and searches for the most recent filter.
