Add Reminder Manually

Now the only way to set a reminder is when replying manually to an email.

This is problematic since if a reminder is removed (by mistake) there's no way to add it back & I have to make a manual note of this email in a different software if I need to follow-up with this email manually.

Would be cool to be able to assign a task as a reminder manually.
