Add the option to get the campaign ID on Zapier when adding a lead to a campaign

It's incredible important to do this if you want to connect Instantly to another CRM, because you currently can't and then when you setup the zap to update Intantly with any changes on the other CRM you can't because It asks you for the campaign ID (which you couln't update on the contact when you added it to the campaign because It doesn't show on that step of the automation).
