Right now, the limit is 99 email addresses per new campaign, and for those accounts with more than 100+ warmed-up email addresses, it makes it very hard to see which ones are being used in each campaign. In addition, with an easy-to-group-all button: 99+ - 1000 email addresses or the max number), we can ensure that all email addresses are used in every campaign. This is very helpful for accounts that are running more than 10+ campaigns at a time during a day.
The limiter on each email address during the warm-up, to slow ramp up: 15 emails week 1, 30 emails week 2, could be the limiter to ensure that a new email address is sent out quickly. A brand new account could be set to send out 0 emails. Even if it were clicked in the group all available email addresses for a campaign, it would not send an email since its limiter is 0, versus a fully warmed-up email at its maximum (usually 40-50 according to your recommended rules per day from your videos for best practices).
The 3rd thing in this section of Instantly is a % usage of email addresses being used in campaigns currently, so that it helps administrators of the account plan accordingly, since warming up is a several-week process and ensures a scalable future growth plan. This % tracker would be just as helpful as the new % of a campaign completed tracker to ensure enough engine "email addresses" to help the campaign move. Thanks. Chad
