Auto select campaign email accounts based on filters

Instead of manually adding email account to a campaign, a filter would be useful to set the criteria for email accounts to be used. Eg. Accounts with text "tom.jones" and, health > 97% and, warm up emails > 150. This could be dynamic to adjust the emails for the campaign as things change.
