Automatically set a campaign status from "Completed" to "Active" if new leads are added

Add a feature in the campaign settings to automatically set a campaign status from "Completed" to "Active" if new leads are added. It happens to us at-least once per month that a campaign is completed, but we add new contacts, and then forget to relaunch it.
