Bulk upload sending accounts: Option to add warmup tag during import and custom tracking domain

Right now, uploading sending accounts in bulk is limited to Daily Limit, Warmup enabled, and Warmup limit only. Having the option to automatically update the warmup custom tag + enable the custom tracking domain would be helpful specially if uploading high volume of sending accounts
