Campaign: Ability to select only the specific accounts that are not being used yet for any campaign

As of now, it's only possible to select all sending accounts on any campaigns; however, having the option to select all "Unused" accounts on their dashboard would be beneficial so the same sending accounts cannot be used on multiple active campaigns.
