Campaign: Ability to send the initial emails on xx amount of days depending on the date when the leads are added to the campaign

Having an option to customize the initial sequence schedule based on the dates the leads has been added. For example, if a lead is added today, the initial email will be sent after 30 days. If future leads will be added, the date will be adjusted automatically so they'll always receive the initial email after 30 days
