Campaign: Option or toggle button to allow the campaign remains paused/automatically paused if no leads are added over time.

Right now, the campaigns are designed to be tagged as completed automatically once all leads have been contacted; however, it could be useful if we can add a new feature that allows the campaign to not complete or automatically pause if not updated for a period of time.
