This is already possible.
Example:
{% if position == "founder" %} As founder, you have to learn to delegate. {% endif %}

Tim K: do you have documentation about this?
Lisa Garner
Tim K would love some documentation on this. I was just attempting to do this but unsure if variables would be something like employee_position or employee-position and would I target it by if its not empty like
!= ""
TimK
Lisa Garner The variable name depends on what you specified during the lead import process (i.e., they depend on your CSV/Google Sheet and not Instantly).
I will ask the team to write up an example/documentation on this if we don't already have something.

Great way to avoid creating thousand campaigns to test out your message. Outreach.io, Reply.io, Lemlist, Amplemarket all provide this already
