Custom Lead Label: Ability to drag custom labels on top of the dropdown

Currently, the default labels (Interested, Not Interested, etc.,) are on top of the lead label dropdown. It would be helpful if there's an option to drag and drop the custom labels on the top so uses don't need to scroll down all the time selecting custom lead labels
