Customize leads' stages in pipeline

Feature Request

  1. For the Pipeline view of the inbox, be able to add and rearrange custom stages so fit my sales process

  2. If a prospect changes stage (from meeting booked to not interested) I want to change his stage and remove the lead rom the pipeline view altogether.

    done! pipeline/CRM view is adjustable/possible to rearrange now and you can create custom statuses/columns as well

      Nils: Thank you!! Do you know when this will show up in Zapier as a trigger option? I'd love to set lead status set to "custom" as my zapier trigger. Thanks!

      Ben Revzin: custom statuses for zapier and webhooks should be ready as well within next 1-2 weeks!

    100%!! Especially for that exact use case Joe described. At least 4/5 people move from meeting booked to not interested but there's no stage for that (well, actually some would move to a "Later" or "Follow up" stage)

    yes!!! this would be awesome especially for those who have a few stages between interested and call booked
