To elaborate: Email conversations can be exported from Instantly into GHL via Zap. BUT they end up as a "Note" associated with a contact. This is not particularly helpful to the sales rep using HighLevel.
What is missing and what is needed is a way to replicate the Instantly email thread containing the cold email, and any replies to it, into the "Conversations" section of the HL contact record, so that it becomes part of the chronological record of communications between the contact and the company making an offer.
