Feature to add specific number of leads from "Lead Management"

When we already have leads added to a list in lead management, make it able so we can add x amount of leads to a campaign instead of just "Select This Page" and "Select All"

& Make it so the leads still stay on the campaign so we can use the same leads for multiple campaigns to test with multiple email groups at a same time
