Recently I've updated my email address from Instantly and it seems it did not transfer to featurenbase
can you update the email address associated with the featurebase?
There is already a feature base account with login: admin.instantly@tothetop.io
So you can either suppress this account and change login: michael.db@tothetop.io to admin.instantly@tothetop.io
Or you can move the tickets from michael.db@tothetop.io to admin.instantly@tothetop.io

I'll check this one. So essentially from what I see is that your email address on the feedback portal is michael.db@tothetop.iowhile the Instantly account is admin.instantly@tothetop.io. You have made requests from both of them hence the issue.
For a change in the email address and clubbing all under admin.instantly@tothetop.io, I have reached out to the featurebase support since initially the account was synced with michael.db@tothetop.io in their DB. I 'll get back here , once it is updated.
