Filter options and "Next" and "Previous" buttons in Campaign's dashboard

Adding “Previous” and “Next” buttons inside of campaigns to navigate faster. Also, create a Campaign Name Filter while in an opened campaign so that we can filter out campaigns by name and skip forward and back ONLY to the campaigns matching the filters.
