how do I cancel?

I wish to cancel my subscription and cannot find the option to cancel.

    @Alison Eyring Should I proceed with cancellation from my end?

    @Wyrlo Aguila In order to cancel the subscription, one has to click on Proceed with cancellation at the end.

    This is the last question that is asked in the survey.

    Once you hit Submit, it automatically prompts you to select either of the two options

    1. Proceed with cancellation

    2. Contact Support

    In order to cancel the subscription, Proceed with Cancellation has to be clicked.
