Just a few suggestions

Add conditional logic inside sequences & subsequences. Ex: If lead does not open this step / click on a link in this step, then resend this email / resend this email with a different subject line / trigger a subsequence.

Other logic to consider:

• Allow subsequences to trigger based on other conditions than replies. If they don't reply, if they don't click, If it's been X days since the lead completed the main sequence, etc.

• Add logic to automatically move leads who completed a campaign (without replies) to another campaign after X days

• Add the ability to view & filter leads who have not replied & have not opened the last X emails sent to them. In this case, they may have moved us to the spam folder and they won't open anymore, so sending any more emails to them risks our deliverability and skews analytics.

• Add conditional logic based on lead's custom fields inside the email steps. Ex: If custom field X HAS/NOT contains / equals / equals (case insensitive) / exists THEN [email content] ELSE …
