Lead Filter: Add "Leads that is not on Subsequence" for lead filter condition

Right now, the leads can be filtered using the default Emails Opened, no reply filter but the condition applies for "opened an email, clicked a link, etc.," having the condition to select leads that hasn't been added to subsequence yet could be very useful
