Need Preview & Expand Text Box in Unibox Responses.

When responding to interested prospects in Unibox, it's very hard to check the full response as the space is too little, we have to make sure all the formatting, contents are right.

So, it will be good to have a preview option, where we can see the full structured response, Also give an option to expand the text box so we have more room while writing responses.
