Nested Random Statements and Variables

Hello, overall I’m happy with Instantly. You’ve built a great product. My main concern and reason I would potentially switch platforms is the inability to nest variables within a random statement. I also wish I could nest random statements inside each other. Without those options, all my emails have the same structure.

Nested random statement example:
{{RANDOM|I’m reaching out because I saw the release of software 2.0|I’m connecting after I {{RANDOM|noticed|read the article about|saw}} your launch of software 2.0}}

The nested variable one though is more important, mostly for subject lines. I’m unable to use my highest converting subject lines without creating additional A/B tests.

Nested variable example:
{{RANDOM|{{company_name}} <> SafetyWing - intro| {{sender_name}} <> {{contact_name}} - paid collaboration?|{{company_name}} & SafetyWing}}}}

    @Puran Tak Please note that if you try to set variables in your spintax in the email sequence, you will run into Liquid Syntax Error.

    We don't support the Variable Chaining feature at the moment. For example:

    {{RANDOM |Pay-Per-Appointment Meetings|Quick question {{firstName}}}}

    • Here {{firstName}} cannot be used inside the spintax.

    • The correct spintax would be: {{RANDOM |Pay-Per-Appointment Meetings | Quick question}} {{ firstName }}

    +1 on this. Would be great to have something like this but being able to create multiple variables

    For larger campaigns that you want to create so many more variations this is the one feature which is missing in Instantly right now.

    My developer friends state that its not a difficult feature to implement at all. And this was request created 3-4 months ago already…

    So we absolutely need NESTED spintax and PERSONALIZATION within spintax, this is absolutely essential !!! Please update us on this.
