No reply status filter in Leads section

User is asking for a status of a lead "no reply" since it will help him because he is running campaign with no tracking.

Message:

"Also, are you planning to add a ''no reply'' filter to the lead lists? There is currently ''opened email but didnt reply'' filter, but that doesnt help when youre not tracking opens."
