'Notes' for email domains

Would be great to add notes for email accounts on instantly since I assume most users are juggling a lot of accounts. E.g. some accounts might have gotten compromised so needs a bit of warming up before getting started.

Can be a start to many features because I don't think there is any multiple email accounts management software.
