Out of Office auto-tagging glitch

Hey guys we have turned on auto-tagging Out of Office replies option in the settings. It is tagging OOO leads pretty well,, however sometimes there are a few leads who have clearly stated to "Unsubscribe" or "No interest" etc and still it somehow tags those replies as "Out of Office"..

Which should not be the case.. Can you please see whats the issue and fix it.
