Prevent Sending Accounts From Being Added to 2 x Campaigns simultaneously.

This will make it so much easier to know how many emails will be sent from each sending account per campaign. And thus we can more easily know the max number of campaign send per day.

Or create a pop-u notification saying "eexample@domain.com" is already added to XYZ campaign, do you also want to add to this campaign"
