Reducing time gap between sending to 0

Hi, we now have our own dedicated email sending server capable of sending millions of emails, throttling is done by our back-end server therefore we are not restricted.

So, is it possible to remove the minimum time between between emails setting - or possibly use a setting to override this limitation? At the moment Instantly is limited to 1 email per minute with 0 Random additional time setting.
