It would be nice to be able to send an email to people who respond with "Out of office until (date)" and be able to manually choose a date from a calendar to send followup email
It should automatically reschedule a new email based on the return date that is part of the out of office reply response.
You also want to give them a chance to catch up with all their emails before sending. So it would be nice to have a setting option to send # days after and/or a particular day would even be better. It could even be based on how long they were gone if it is included in the email.
It could launch a sub-sequence which allows one to personalize the email. "I sent you an email on {{send date}} but I saw you were out of the office for {{approximate duration}} days. I thought I'd give you a little time to catch up before circling back." Duration would be of the form "a few days", "a week or so", ...

Other software I have used actually tries to identify the date the out of office email says people are back and then reinitiates them in the sequence on that date.
