Actually, this is about calculating the wait time between steps in respect to the schedule:
Say I have a sequence with steps that send every 3 days. I'm sending Mon-Fri. Currently, if a lead receives step 1 on Friday, they'll receive step 2 the following Monday. But according to the schedule (Mon-Fri), this is not a 3 day difference - it's a 1 day difference.
To respect the schedule (Mon-Fri = business days only), then the waiting time should also only count business days. So, leads receiving step 1 on Friday should be receiving step 2 on Wednesday (3 business days).
