Show CampaignName in Blocklist

Would be good to show the campaign name in BlockList or at least be able to add an additional column to Google Sheet BlockList to add the Campaign Name.

To know for which client / offer this is blocked & maybe the reason (was this a bounce, wrong person or not interested)
