Being able to determine the sending order is important when targeting leads with different roles, CEO, CTO of the same company at the same time from different campaign, eg CEO campaign, CTO campaign.
The sending order should be determined by the order of the leads in CSV.

I have arranged a list of emails in a particular order and put them in a google spreadsheet, I want the emails to be sent in the same order, not randomly, so please include this option in your setup.

Need to be able to select order that emails are sent from a lead list. This needs to be optional. Sometimes I need a specific order. Other times I need it to be random.
