Stop Sending Emails on other conditions

Stop sending emails on reply - this should be able to select multiple statuses. For example right now in the campaign settings you ONLY stop sending emails on reply. Also to stop sending emails when someone is out of office, or some other status perhaps. Or dont stop sending emails when someone is out of office.
