Suppress Duplicates based on Name

It's common for someone at a company to have had multiple email addresses over time. There should be a more sophisticated way of suppressing duplicates so that it recognizes if someone has the same first and last name and has an email address with the same domain, it should recognize that those are duplicates and either merge the contact and/or suppress one.
