Time zone

It may help to have another time zone, EDT, added. That would allow customers to select EDT (4-UTC) in the summer months, which is the correct time right now for eastern time zones. Eastern standard time, EST(5-UTC), only applies when eastern daylight savings (EDT) time is not enforced. EDT is from the second sunday in March until the first sunday in November, every year.
