Unable to bulk add accounts for warming up

Hi

I'm trying to add 4 emails via bulk SMTP/IMAP process but getting this error:

getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND mail.simpleandco.one

I couldn't find this issue mentioned in the help section. Could you please help me understand the error and how I can resolve it?
