Jakob Bakken Hi Jakob, could you please help us understand the use-case/why setting the delay in minutes between two consecutive steps is important for you?

Lol this has been requested for close to a year. I can't believe this is not an option yet.

Martin Grødem Well, one of the reasons it hasn't been implemented yet is to avoid spam and/or novice users accidentally harming their sending reputation. Could you please help us understand the use-case/why setting the delay in minutes between two consecutive steps is important for you?

Do you only need it for the pre-delay of a subsequence or also for the delay between campaign steps?

    • Martin Grødem

Tim K The main reason is to have better control over sequences. I'd like to time my replies down to the minute. If a lead is interested, I want to know for a fact that I will reply to them within '10 minutes' if that's what I have selected. Sometimes, it takes hours to send it out. I've noticed inconsistencies many times when selecting 0 days. Alternatively, enable a feature where I can prioritise subsequence sending over sequence.

This needs to be implemented asap.

Based on statistics, it makes sense to answer a positive reply within 5 minutes. This would be really effective if you could make some changes there.

Samuel Kidane Do you only need it for the pre-delay of a subsequence or also for the delay between campaign steps? Based on what you said, it looks like you need it for a subsequence, but it'd be great if you could please confirm.

Tim K I would need it for a subsequence.

I just want to send a message after 5 minutes.
