Warmup tool contacts

With the warmup tool, I've faced with somewhat a different problem.

I host my emails on Zoho and my contacts are auto-saved every time I send an email. With the warmup tool, my address book is filled multifolds, many of which are bot accounts! Now when I wanted to export the contacts, I wonder how I only copy the genuine contacts instead of the ones with bot accounts!

How do I resolve this?
