Go from idea to automation in seconds

Instead of building every automation step manually, you can now describe what you want in plain language and Instantly Copilot will help create the workflow for you.

Tell Copilot what to automate

Go to Engage → Automations in the new UI, describe the workflow.

For example:

  • When a lead replies positively, create a contact in HubSpot.

  • When a lead is interested, send a Slack message to the sales team.

If you’re using the old UI, click Ask AI in Automations, and it will guide you to the new experience.
