Signals tell you exactly who's showing buying intent based on what’s actually happening at their company and give you context to use in your outreach.
Here's what you can filter by:
Social activity: LinkedIn posts, Twitter and YouTube activity from your exact buyer
Buying intent: Reddit threads mentioning your competitors, pricing complaints, churn signals
Growth signals: funding rounds, product launches, new partnerships, hiring surges, tech adoption
Company activity: exec changes, pricing updates, traffic shifts, Glassdoor sentiment
A few ways outbound teams are already using it:
Email someone the day their competitor got roasted on Reddit.
Show up in a founder's inbox the week they shipped a new product.
Reach an HR buyer the moment their Glassdoor scores start sliding.
Open with the exact LinkedIn post your prospect wrote yesterday.
5.8M new signals per week. Matched against 450M contacts.

We just rolled out a set of updates that make Instantly Automations easier to connect, easier to build, and much more flexible in real workflows.
→ Start workflows from anywhere
You can now trigger automations using webhooks.
That means another tool can send data to Instantly and kick off a workflow instantly.
→ Send data to any system
With the new HTTP Request step, you can push data from Instantly to external APIs, so no custom integration is needed.
→ Connect the tools you already use
You can now build automations directly with:
Airtable
Salesforce
Read, add, update, or sync data between your workflows and your CRM automatically.
→ Build and test workflows more easily
We also upgraded the workflow builder so it’s easier to use:
Test workflows before turning them on
Add delays and more advanced logic
Edit faster with zoom, auto-arrange, and undo/redo
Pass custom data inside your workflows
If you’re already using Automations, these updates open up a lot more ways to connect your tools, move data, and build workflows.

We’ve shipped two major updates for people building on Instantly:
▶️ 10x higher API rate limits
API rate limits are now 10x higher, giving you a lot more room to build and operate at scale.
You can now work with:
100 req/second
6,000 req/minute
This opens up a lot more headroom for high-volume workflows, deeper integrations, and faster execution on top of Instantly.
▶️ New developer docs
We’ve also launched a new developer docs experience to make building on Instantly a lot easier.
New features include:
AI Assistant for quick answers on endpoints, schemas, and workflows
MCP Server for connecting the docs to Claude, Cursor, VS Code, and other AI coding tools
Interactive API Playground for live endpoint testing
One-click sharing to ChatGPT, Codex, Claude Code, and more
Everything is designed to help you move faster, test more easily, and get answers without digging through docs manually.

We've shipped several updates to Automations:
▶️ Zoom and drag-to-rearrange in canvas
The Automations canvas now supports zoom, along with drag-to-rearrange.
You can move through larger workflows more easily, adjust the layout as you go, and keep everything organized without rebuilding the flow.
▶️ Smarter status triggers
Status triggers now support both the numeric value and the label inside your actions.
That means you can build workflows using the raw status value or the actual label, like "Interested" or "Not Interested", depending on what works better for your setup.
This gives you more flexibility when building logic and setting up actions across your workflow.
▶️ Run workflows on demand
You can now execute a workflow whenever you want.
Click Test, choose your trigger data, and run the full automation instantly. This makes it easier to validate flows, check action paths, or run a workflow before a real trigger fires.

We've shipped several new capabilities for the AI Reply Agent:
▶️ No-Show Recovery
The agent can now automatically follow up with leads who miss scheduled meetings/calls.
When a lead is assigned the "No Show" label, the agent sends follow-up emails to help recover the meeting.
If the user connects their Calendly account, it will automatically propose alternate times and schedule meetings based on the back-and-forth.
New analytics metrics have been added to show you the revenue impact and the number of 'no-show' leads recovered.
▶️ Label-Based Filtering (Include/Exclude)
Under Advanced Options, you can now optionally control which interest labels the agent responds to. Use "Only trigger for" to limit the agent to specific labels, or "Don't trigger for" to exclude labels, giving users fine-grained control over their credit spending by limiting which conversations the agent handles.
▶️ Monthly Credit Budget
Set a maximum number of Instantly credits an agent can use per calendar month. Useful for controlling costs across agents. When the budget is exceeded, the agent stops generating automatic replies and follow-ups.
▶️ Business Days Only
When enabled, the agent will only send follow-up emails Monday through Friday. Replies to incoming emails are not affected — this only controls outbound follow-ups.

Features 2–4 are in the Advanced Options section.

We just made automations way more powerful.
You can now trigger actions at a specific time and frequency.
Examples:
Run something every 5 days
Trigger an action every 3 months
Fire a workflow daily at 9AM
Set it once. It runs automatically.
Perfect for recurring reports, lead recycling, reminders, and operational cleanups.
You can now add logic inside your workflows.
Example:
If lead has a corporate domain → send Slack alert to Enterprise channel
If lead uses Gmail/Hotmail → send to a different channel
Different data → different action → fully automated.
Workflows are no longer limited to step-by-step sequences. You can now add decision logic and branching to control how actions run.
This allows automations to route tasks more accurately and reduces the need for manual follow-up.
