We’ve shipped a set of improvements to Instantly Automations that make workflows more powerful and easier to manage.

What’s new:

• Triggers across all campaigns

You can now apply a single trigger (for example, latest status change) across all campaigns, instead of configuring each one individually.

• Multiple actions per trigger

One trigger can now run multiple actions in the same automation, such as:

- Sending a Slack notification

- Moving a lead to another campaign

- Updating lead data

• Custom variables

Create dynamic fields (e.g. Full Name = First Name + Last Name) and reuse them across campaigns and workflows.

• Cleaner automation canvas

Large automations are now easier to navigate, with improved re-centering and canvas controls.
