We've improved our Reply Detection Algorithm
Our Reply Detection Algorithm is now smarter and more reliable.
The improvements are:
Better Workspace Awareness:
If a lead is anywhere in a user's workspace (even just uploaded in a list or another campaign), their replies will land in the Primary folder (instead of the Others folder).
Smoother Campaign Moves:
Replies from leads that have been moved between campaigns will now reliably hit the Primary folder (instead of the Others folder).
Heads-up on Analytics: While the reply delivery works well after moving leads between campaigns, Analytics tracking is tied to the campaign the lead is currently in. Hence, avoid moving leads for the most accurate campaign performance data for a few weeks after outreach. This gives time for replies to be attributed back to the original campaign.
This update should lead to more relevant emails landing in the Primary folder.
